Provider connections

Connections are useful only when their status is clear.

Velocity uses external providers for communication, calendars, meetings, payments, business systems, and marketing workflows. The product should show what is connected, what needs account-owner action, and what is ready for use.

  • Connection status
  • Provider-specific setup
  • Readiness before activation

Connection Paths In Velocity

Grouped by the business job they support.

Availability, approval requirements, and plan access can vary. The presence of a provider name is not a promise that every account or use case is enabled automatically.

Customer communication

Bring supported customer channels into Velocity with channel-specific status, permissions, and handoff.

  • Meta messaging
  • Twilio phone and SMS
  • Inbound email
  • Website chat

Calendar and meetings

Connect scheduling or meeting providers where the business workflow requires them.

  • Google Calendar
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Zoom

Business systems

Use supported connection flows for customer, marketing, accounting, notification, and automation use cases.

  • HubSpot
  • Mailchimp
  • QuickBooks
  • Slack
  • Zapier

Payments and billing

Connect payment infrastructure for eligible quotes, invoices, subscriptions, and membership billing.

  • Stripe connection
  • Payment readiness
  • Billing status
  • Customer-linked records
Provider Reality

Some setup cannot be completed by software alone.

Identity verification, messaging registration, domain ownership, payment onboarding, advertising review, and account permissions can require direct action by the business owner or provider.

Velocity should never represent a provider workflow as live merely because credentials were entered. A successful connection, required approval, test event, and operational handoff may all be separate states.

Bring the systems you use today to the onboarding conversation.

We will identify which connections are relevant, what can be consolidated, and which account-owner or provider steps remain.
